Anti-PARD6A Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the partitioning defective 6 homolog alpha protein, a core component of the PAR polarity complex that orchestrates asymmetric cell division, tight junction assembly, and directional migration in epithelial and neural progenitors. Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified to a working concentration of 1 mg/ml in PBS with 50% glycerol and 0.1% sodium azide, the antibody is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot and remains unconjugated for flexible downstream labelling.
