Anti-PARD6A Antibody

The antibody recognises PARD6A (Par-6 family cell polarity regulator alpha), a protein localised to cell junctions, actin filaments, and the cytosol, with enhanced tissue expression reported in brain and testis. The reported molecular weight of the target is 47 kDa.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.
