Anti-PARD3 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of human PARD3 and recognizes endogenous levels of the total PARD3 protein. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the immunoglobulin fraction consisting of Rabbit IgG. It is unconjugated and is intended for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. Validation has been performed on human, mouse, and rat samples, making the reagent suitable for cross-species studies of this partitioning-defective 3 polarity protein. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
