Anti-PAR4 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against Protease-Activated Receptor 4 (PAR4) and supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal primary antibody targets the thrombin-activated G-protein coupled receptor encoded by the F2RL3 gene. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, supporting studies of platelet aggregation, megakaryocyte biology, vascular inflammation, and tumor cell signaling across multiple model systems.

Provided as 100 µl of unconjugated antibody at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the format allows straightforward dilution into standard immunoblotting and chromogenic IHC workflows.
