Anti-PANX1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Pannexin 1 (PANX1) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is supplied as a liquid. The formulation consists of Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, supplemented with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, with the antibody purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 50–150 of human Pannexin 1 (NP_056183.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 54 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. Recommended starting dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
