Anti-pan di methyl Lysine Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against pan di-methyl Lysine, supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence containing dimethylated K. The reagent is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Validated for WB, IHC, ICC/IF and IP, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:100, ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100 and IP: 1:50-1:100. The target has a molecular weight of 15 - 60 kDa and the antibody is of the IgG isotype.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
