Anti-Pan-AKT Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal IgG, this unconjugated primary antibody recognizes all three AKT family kinases (AKT1, AKT2, and AKT3), providing a broad pan-reactivity probe for total AKT protein detection. Validated for Western blot on human and mouse samples, the reagent is widely used to investigate the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway that governs cell survival, proliferation, glucose metabolism, and apoptosis.

Each vial contains 50 µl of liquid antibody, recommended for storage at -20 °C in small working aliquots to minimize freeze-thaw cycles; short-term storage under refrigeration is acceptable.
