Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets PALB2 and is validated for immunohistochemistry on human samples. The unconjugated antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide of human PALB2 and detects endogenous levels of total PALB2 protein.
Supplied at a concentration of 1.8 mg/mL in a pH 7.4 PBS buffer containing 0.05% NaN3 and 40% glycerol, the IgG is purified by antigen affinity chromatography. For IHC, a recommended dilution range of 1:20–1:100 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
