Anti-PALB2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PALB2, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western Blot (WB) use, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 99–198 of human PALB2 (NP_078951.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 150 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended Western Blot working dilutions range from 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
