Anti-PAK4/5/6 (V469) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against PAK4/5/6 (V469) and validated for Western blot. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 441–490 of Human PAK4.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the antibody detects endogenous levels of PAK4, PAK5 and PAK6 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is reported at greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE. Quoted apparent molecular weights are approximately 72 kDa for PAK4, 82 kDa for PAK6 and 90 kDa (the manufacturer datasheet lists this third value as PAK7).

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
