Anti-PAK4/5/6 (phospho-S474) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PAK4 around the phosphorylation site of serine 474. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent detects endogenous levels of PAK4, PAK5 and PAK6 only when phosphorylated at serine 474, 602 or 560, respectively, and does not cross-react with phosphorylated PAK1, PAK2 or PAK3. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Reported molecular weights are approximately 72 kDa for PAK4, 82 kDa for PAK6 and 90 kDa for PAK7.
