Anti-PAK4/5/6 (phospho-S474) Antibody

Phospho-specific polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against the conserved activation-loop serine 474 site of the group II p21-activated kinases PAK4, PAK5, and PAK6. Phosphorylation at this residue marks full catalytic activation of these STE20-family serine/threonine kinases, which operate downstream of Cdc42 and Rac GTPases and contribute to cytoskeletal remodeling, cell-cycle progression, and cytosolic signaling cascades. The antibody detects the phosphorylated epitope on all three group II PAK isoforms in samples of human, mouse, and rat origin and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. Provided unconjugated in a 100 µl vial, the reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry workflows.
