Anti-PAK2 (phospho S20) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in Rabbit and offered by Antibodies.com specifically detects PAK2 when phosphorylated at Ser20. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blotting and reacts with Human and Mouse samples, and is backed by 2 scientific validation images.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S20 of human PAK2 (NP_002568.2). Following affinity purification, the antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. For Western Blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is advised, and the target molecular weight is 58 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

For storage, the reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
