Anti-PAK2 (phospho-S20) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against PAK2 phosphorylated at Serine 20. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PAK2 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 20. According to the manufacturer's specificity data, this antibody detects endogenous levels of PAK2 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser20. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa.
