Anti-PAK2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody recognizes PAK2 (p21-activated kinase 2), a serine/threonine kinase that sits downstream of Rac and Cdc42 GTPases and contributes to cytoskeletal remodeling, cell motility, and apoptosis signaling. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, packaged as a 50 µl liquid for direct use in standard immunoassays.

The unconjugated reagent detects PAK2 in human, mouse, and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Aliquoting on first thaw helps minimize freeze-thaw cycles and preserve epitope binding performance over the working lifetime of the antibody.
