Anti-PAK2 (Ab-141) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PAK2 (Ab-141), distributed by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent was generated using a synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human PAK2 around the phosphorylation site of serine 141 (Y-L-S(p)-F-T) and detects endogenous levels of total PAK2 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Validated for Western Blotting in human samples, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
