Anti-PAK1/2/3 (K140) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PAK1/2/3 at the K140 epitope and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 120-170 of human PAK1 and detects endogenous levels of total PAK protein. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as >95% by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target is expected at ~60 to 70 kDa.
