Anti-PAK1/2/3 (E417) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com targets PAK1/2/3 (E417) and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400–450 of Human PAK1, and detects endogenous levels of total PAK protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE). The observed molecular weight is approximately 60 to 70 kDa.
