PAIP2 (Poly(A) Binding Protein Interacting Protein 2) is a translational repressor that interacts with cytoplasmic poly(A) binding protein (PABP) to modulate mRNA stability and poly(A) tail length in human cells. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated for western blot detection of the human target, making it a useful tool for research into post-transcriptional gene regulation and the PABP-PAIP2 axis. The IgG antibody is supplied as 100 µl, providing ample volume for probing whole-cell lysates and tissue extracts in standard immunoblotting protocols. Its unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies, supporting both chemiluminescent and fluorescent detection strategies. Researchers investigating mRNA translation, deadenylation, or PABP-associated pathways can use this reagent to examine endogenous PAIP2 expression in human-derived samples.
