Anti-PAICS Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab210806)

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody to PAICS/PAIS, supplied by Antibodies.com in unconjugated form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed in Human and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 176–425 of human PAICS (NP_001072992.1). The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 47 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:10–1:100.
