Anti-PAICS Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PAICS (also known by synonyms ADE2, AIRC, or bifunctional phosphoribosylaminoimidazole carboxylase/phosphoribosylaminoimidazole succinocarboxamide synthetase). It is supplied at the 50 µL pack size as an unconjugated, affinity-purified reagent at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody was raised in rabbit against a recombinant human PAICS immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of total PAICS protein.
