Anti-PAI-3 (L291) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PAI-3 and is provided unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 261-310 of human PAI-3 and detects endogenous levels of PAI-3 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 42 kDa.
