Anti-PAH (R400) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this preparation is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the PAH (R400) region of phenylalanine hydroxylase. It is supplied unconjugated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) at 1 mg/ml, containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 371–420 of human PAH, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PAH protein. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a target at approximately 52 kDa.
