Anti-PAH Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PAH and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation. The IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–290 of human PAH. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 52 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are available.
