Anti-PAF1 Antibody

PAF1 is a core subunit of the conserved PAF1 complex (PAF1, LEO1, CTR9, CDC73, RTF1) that travels with elongating RNA Polymerase II and supports transcription-coupled histone modification, 3'-end processing, and RNA quality control in human cells.

Validated for Western blot detection of endogenous human PAF1, the reagent is suited to research programmes investigating transcription elongation, chromatin regulation, stem cell pluripotency, and cancer biology, in which altered PAF1 expression or complex composition have been linked to developmental and proliferative phenotypes.
