Anti-PAEP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent raised against human PAEP (also known as Glycodelin). It is a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) work, and C0 additionally lists immunofluorescence (IF) as a listed application. Reactivity is reported for human samples.

According to the manufacturer datasheet, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19-180 of human PAEP (NP_002562.2). The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified, with a stated molecular weight of 26 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
