Anti-PAEP Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of total PAEP protein (also known as glycodelin, GD, PP14, and progesterone-associated endometrial protein). The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µL of phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and it is unconjugated, making it suitable for a wide range of detection chemistries. The host species is Rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the immunoglobulin class is IgG. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with human samples; the immunogen used for immunization was a recombinant human PAEP protein.
