Anti-PADI4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets peptidyl arginine deiminase type IV (PADI4) and is supplied at a 50 µl volume as an unconjugated primary antibody. The immunogen is a recombinant human PADI4 protein, and the antibody was affinity-purified against that immunogen to a final concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. According to the supplier datasheet, the validated applications are Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been tested for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is intended for research use only and is not validated for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. The vial is shipped at 4 °C and customers are advised to aliquot and store at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
