Anti-PADI4 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PADI4 (Peptidyl Arginine Deiminase Type 4), a calcium-dependent enzyme that catalyzes the post-translational conversion of arginine residues to citrulline in histone and non-histone substrates. PADI4-mediated citrullination plays a documented role in chromatin decondensation, transcriptional regulation, neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation, and the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, where citrullinated autoantigens are recognized by anti-CCP autoantibodies.
