Anti-PADI4 Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG, this unconjugated primary antibody targets PADI4 (peptidyl arginine deiminase 4, also called PAD4), the calcium-dependent enzyme that converts protein arginine residues into citrulline. PADI4 activity drives histone citrullination and chromatin decondensation in neutrophils, and its dysregulation is studied in rheumatoid arthritis and in multiple tumor contexts where it influences p53-mediated gene expression.
