Anti-PADI2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against PADI2 (also referred to as PADI2/PAD2). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with human samples.

It is produced as a liquid preparation and purified by affinity chromatography. The formulation is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-200 of human PADI2 (NP_031391.2), and the reported molecular weight of the target is 75 kDa.

Recommended dilution for Western blotting is 1:500-1:2,000. The concentration is lot specific. Storage instructions are shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
