Raised in rabbit against human peptidyl arginine deiminase type 2 (PADI2), an enzyme that catalyzes the post-translational conversion of arginine to citrulline in substrate proteins, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent is supplied at 200 µl by Antibodies.com.

Validated for Western blot (WB) detection of the human target, the polyclonal format exposes multiple epitopes on PADI2, supporting reproducible recognition of the endogenous protein in whole-cell lysates, tissue extracts, and recombinant samples prepared under standard denaturing conditions.
