Anti-PABPC4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PABPC4, also referred to as APP-1, is supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence work on human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 350–450 of human PABPC4 (NP_003810.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 79 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is intended for research use only.
