Anti-P90RSK (phospho T359 + S363) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets P90RSK phosphorylated at threonine 359 and serine 363. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and reacts with human samples. Its immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around T359 and S363 of human P90RSK (NP_002944.2), with the sequence TPKDS, and the antibody is produced by affinity purification.

The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 83 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
