Anti-P90RSK (phospho S380) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting P90RSK (also known as RSK1 or RPS6KA1) when phosphorylated at Ser380, available from Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated in liquid form, it is validated for Western blot and immunoprecipitation, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region surrounding S380 of human p90Rsk/RSK1/RPS6KA1 (NP_002944.2), with reported sequence GFSFV. The antibody target has a molecular weight of 90 kDa and the reagent is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
