Anti-p90 RSK (Ab-573) Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and recognizes the p90 RSK (p90 ribosomal S6 kinase) target, binding a region around the threonine 573 phosphorylation site so that endogenous levels of total p90 RSK protein can be detected. The polyclonal antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; it is unconjugated and of the rabbit IgG isotype, and should be stored at –20 °C. Validated applications cover Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse and rat samples, making the reagent suitable for pathway studies of the MAPK/RSK signalling cascade in both cell and tissue lysates. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography against the epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human p90 RSK), which helps minimize off-target reactivity while preserving recognition of the native kinase.
