Anti-p90 RSK (Ab-573) Antibody

It binds an epitope in the C-terminal region of p90 RSK (RPS6KA1 / RSK1 / MAPKAP-K1a), a serine/threonine kinase that operates downstream of the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK cascade and phosphorylates substrates such as ribosomal protein S6, eEF2, and Bad to regulate cell growth, survival, and proliferation.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, the reagent is widely used in cancer-biology and neurobiology workflows to map RSK1 expression across tumour cell lines, neuronal tissue, and inflammatory models. Because the Ab-573 site sits in the C-terminal kinase domain, the antibody is frequently paired with phospho-specific reagents targeting activation-loop epitopes such as Ser380 or Thr359/Ser363 to distinguish total RSK1 levels from its activated state.
