From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against P70S6K1 phosphorylated at threonine 421 and serine 424. It was generated using a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding T421/S424 of human P70S6K1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and has been demonstrated to react with human and mouse samples.
For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. On receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
