Anti-p70 S6K (phospho-T421) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets p70 S6K phosphorylated at Threonine 421. It is unconjugated and supplied in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol at 1mg/ml. The antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human p70 S6K around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 421. By specificity, the reagent detects endogenous levels of p70 S6 kinase only when phosphorylated at Thr421, and also detects p85 S6 kinase when phosphorylated at Thr444. Observed molecular weight bands are approximately 59, 70, and 85 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Two scientific images accompany the product.
