Anti-p70 S6K (P412) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets p70 S6 Kinase, specifically the P412 epitope. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. It is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 380–430 of human p70 S6K and detects endogenous levels of p70 S6 Kinase protein. Observed molecular weights are approximately 59, 70 and 85 kDa.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is accompanied by two scientific validation images supporting WB and IHC use.
