Anti-p70 S6K (F438) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the serine/threonine kinase p70 S6K (p70 ribosomal protein S6 kinase 1, encoded by RPS6KB1), a downstream effector of mTORC1 that phosphorylates ribosomal protein S6 to regulate translation initiation, cell growth, and metabolic responses. The antibody was raised against an epitope containing the F438 residue, a region used in published studies of PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway activity.

The reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative work in cultured cells, tumor xenografts, and formalin-fixed tissue sections.
