Anti-p70 S6K (F428) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400-450 of human p70 S6K. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody detects endogenous levels of p70 S6 kinase, with reported molecular weights of approximately 59, 70 and 85 kDa, and also recognises p85 S6 kinase protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a quoted purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
