Anti-p63 (Phospho-Ser455) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets p63 when phosphorylated at serine 455. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, it is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications, and reacts with human samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human p63 around the phosphorylation site of S455.

The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of p63 protein only when phosphorylated at S455. It is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
