Anti-p63 Antibody [I27-I] - Identical to Abcam (ab169707)

This rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets p63 and is supplied by the manufacturer for research use only. It is unconjugated, presented in liquid form, and validated for IHC-P and IHC-Fr applications on human samples. The clone, designated I27-I, is of IgG isotype and was raised in rabbit against a peptide derived from the internal sequence of human p63, recognising the epitope between Arg360 and His383.

For immunohistochemistry, the manufacturer recommends dilutions of 1:100–1:200. The product is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 8.0) with 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and should be stored at 4°C.

Four scientific validation images demonstrate nuclear p63 expression in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissues (4 µm sections), including normal hair follicles, basal cell carcinoma of the skin, squamous epithelium of the tonsil, and basal cells of prostatic glands.
