Anti-p63 Antibody [C24-I] - Identical to Abcam (ab179874)

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C24-I) directed against the p63 protein. The reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation and is unconjugated, with an IgG isotype. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the region close to the N-terminus of human p63 protein, and the antibody recognises an epitope located between Val69 and Lys88. The product is provided in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000 for WB and 1:20,000–1:40,000 for ELISA.
