The p63 protein is a member of the p53 family of transcription factors and plays essential roles in epithelial development, stem cell maintenance, and differentiation. This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated for western blot and immunofluorescence applications on human samples. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with secondary antibodies and custom detection chemistries, supporting studies of squamous cell carcinoma, basal and myoepithelial cell markers in breast and prostate tissue, and developmental biology research on limb and ectodermal derivatives. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of liquid, sufficient for multiple western blot or IF experiments.
