Anti-p57 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against p57 and validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, the unconjugated antibody is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from human p57 around the non-phosphorylation site of T310). It specifically detects endogenous levels of p57 protein and has been verified to react with Human and Mouse samples, making it suitable for cross-species experimental work. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
