Anti-p53R2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets endogenous p53R2 (RRM2B), also known as p53-inducible ribonucleotide reductase small subunit 2-like protein or ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase subunit M2 B. The antibody was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human p53R2 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
