Anti-p53 (phospho S9) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding serine 9 of human p53 (NP_000537.3). The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human samples and is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Validated by the manufacturer for Western blot and immunoprecipitation, with additional application listings that include immunofluorescence. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IP, and the target protein migrates at approximately 55 kDa.

The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
