Anti-p53 (phospho S46) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Ser46 of human p53. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It has been validated for Western blot and immunoprecipitation on human samples, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IP. The target protein p53 has an observed molecular weight of 53 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified, shipped at 4 °C, and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
